  This is by far one of the worst Burger King's I've ever been to. Granted they have a nice playground the staff is rude and when I showed them that our chicken fries were way overcooked and had obviously been sitting out for a long time they said "your kids ate a couple we will not cook you FRESH ones"! They ate one or two before I had realized it. I took some up to the front and showed the shift manager and she said "those don't look right... I will have them cook some Fresh ones and bring them out". I waited for at least 15 minutes and then walked to the front. No one would make eye contact me even though no one else was ordering. Finally I saw the shift manager that I had previously spoken to and she sharply said "wait there". I waited until another manager had walked to the front. She said "where are the other fries?" and I said "I only have a couple left because my girls were hungry while waiting for the last 15 minutes". She said "I can't control what your kids do and I am not just going to give these (the FRESH fries they had already cooked) to you for free". They treated me very rudely like I was trying to steal from them.... I just wanted to let them know that they were overcooked in the first place and then they offered on to us cook them had them sitting on the bar and would not give them to us because they did not one of the give us for "free". When I pay for something I expected to be the same quality and that anyone else would expect. They were rude and and treated me like a thief. Last time I will be back for that reason.

  Worst Burger King! I eat at Burger King all the time when I'm traveling nationwide since i work for a insurance firm. This place was one of the worst facility. Customer service is just out of the question. I asked for extra mayo and cheese in my chicken sandwich, she looked at me funny and said he have mayo packets that you can add yourself. I was astonished and ignored it and then their credit card was down so I had to pay cash I gave her a $20 bill. She places the bill in the drawer and starts talking to her other worker and forgets my change and my receipt. I wait to see what she does, when my order was given I asked to speak with the Manager, Adriana, I told her I have not received my change and receipt. She then tells me why did you not ask for it then and there is no need to call the manager. I told her yes it is necessary and that I should not have to ask for my own change I should get it without asking. She gave an attitude and started laughing with her worker and then gave me my change and receipt. I decided to just in the car since I was not in a good mood after all this. Well they forgot my fries, there was NO mayo in my sandwich no mayo packets as stated and no ketchup for my fries, on to of that the sandwich was not even wrapped all the way so the grease from the chicken was on the inside of the bag. I went inside and asked for the manager, she refused to come speak with me and the other lady from the drive thru side fixed my order who was very polite and said sorry and that her manager is like that. I tried to call the number on the receipt to speak with the general manager but no one answered all it did was ring and ring. I will try to contact again and then I will contact Burger King customer service line, because this was the worst experience ever,
