  Food is consistent with other Cracker Barrels(as it should be). Only variable is who you land as your waiter/waitress. Get the right one and they'll Actually bring you biscuits, your food before its cold, and drink refills. Land the wrong one and you get the most random excuses as to why you can't have biscuits ahead of time(even if they come with your meal), little-to-no refills, cold food, little friendliness.
  We have found Heather to be the very best waitress here(breakfast/lunch) and always ask for her(almost weekly)! Austin and Ashley are also good.
  Side note: being a manager here looks like a pretty cushy job. I've rarely seen one doing much besides standing in the doorway to the kitchen chatting with each other. Only one or two(I don't know their names) have I seen make rounds to check on guests or help out the wait staff when it's busy. Maybe its more of a behind the scenes job...
  Edit: Its worth noting that the greeter at the door and the cashiers have always been friendly.

  Ordered a steak,cooked medium; it was raw with blood still coming out of it. Ordered fish for my mom it was burnt, asked for mashed potatoes, they brought baked potato. Then said that they took off my mom's tea because it was about the same price. The okra was under cooked as well as the hush puppies. Waiter was really good at his job though. Said manager was going to discount my meal, she didn't. I have eaten at a bunch of cracker barrel and it is usually real good food, but I would avoid this one it seems that they are only interested in making sure you pay, not making sure that the food is done right.

  Fast, friendly service. Never a long wait to be seated, even on busy mornings. Downside, their water smells like wet dog and tastes nasty.

  Always friendly and fast. Best breakfast! A place we have always brought our children to. Of course they loved the store just as much as tge food, maybe more.
